This policy explains what information ProForge (“ProForge,” “MyProforge,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use www.myproforge.com, billing.myproforge.com, and our web design, hosting, domain, and related services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact and business details: your name, business name, address, email, and phone number.
- Billing details: plan, invoices, and payment history. Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
- Website content: text, photos, logos, and other material you give us to build and run your site.
- Support requests: tickets, emails, and calls, and the details you include in them.
- Usage data: basic analytics and cookies, such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address.
How we use it
- To build, host, and maintain your website and domain.
- To manage your account, bill you, and process payments.
- To answer support requests and send service notices.
- To keep our services secure and improve how they work.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run our services (such as payment processing, hosting infrastructure, and domain registration), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our customers.
Cookies and analytics
Our sites use cookies and basic analytics to keep you signed in and understand how the sites are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features, like logging in, may not work.
On Builder and Master plans, ProForge uses Google Analytics on the customer websites we host, and in our billing dashboard to show customers their site stats. Google Analytics collects anonymous visit data, such as pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location, and device type. Google’s use of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Visitors can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Customers are responsible for their own website’s privacy notice to visitors where the law requires one.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for billing, legal, and tax purposes. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can review and update your account details by logging in at billing.myproforge.com. To request a copy or deletion of your information, contact us. Some records may need to be kept for legal or billing reasons.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above.
