A late payment doesn’t switch anything off right away. Here’s what happens.
Reminder emails
We email you a reminder 1, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after the due date.
30 days to pay
Your website, hosting, and add-ons such as My Reviews and Online Booking keep working for 30 days after your renewal date.
After 30 days
If the bill is still unpaid, your account is paused (suspended). Your site, files, and data are kept.
Turning everything back on
Pay the open invoice and everything turns back on. Your billing date doesn’t change: the renewal counts from your original date.
How to pay
Log in at www.myproforge.com/login/. If you’re already logged in, you’ll go straight to your billing dashboard. Pay the open invoice there.
