If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days after your site goes live, tell us. We’ll work with you to make it right. If we can’t, we’ll refund what you paid, including the setup fee.
- The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.
- It does not apply to abuse, such as repeated sign-ups to get free work, requests outside the scope of your package, or breaking our Terms.
- Domain registration fees paid to third-party registrars may not be refundable.
